4007 S. 145th Ave, Omaha

Join us for a fun-filled afternoon as we raise money for our Live Your Dream Award Program! Enjoy some great music and a great workout disguised as a party. All fitness levels welcome! Zumba is for Every Body.

Each year, over $1.7 million is invested throughout the country to help women achieve their career goals by providing them with financial assistance to continue their education.

In our first two years, Sororptimist of Omaha Metro was able to provide $3,250 in awards to four local women. This year we have more applications from women who are facing challenges than we are able to fund.

Suggested donation for this event is $10. You can also donate online here.

We have a great group of Zumba instructors who are donating their time and talents.  We’ll have raffle prizes, also.  So come spend an afternoon with us and support a great cause!

Support Soroptimist of Omaha Metro

Nelson Mandela said “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” Soroptimist believe that education leads to economic empowerment, especially for women.

We just received our Live Your Dream Award applications for 2020. This is a financial award present to women who are supporting a family while enrolled in an undergraduate or career training program. This education increases their chances of living a life free from poverty.

As always, we have more applications than we can fund. But, you can help us!
